The Picnic Train operates steam and diesel hauled passenger train services all over New South Wales to a variety of destinations. We are well known for the Kiama Picnic Train, our amazing one day trip to the coastal town of Kiama from Sydney.
We are pleased to inform you that The Picnic Train has a huge 2022 tour programme planned for our steam engines and would like to share some of our plans for major regional events that we hope to run with our followers. Please be aware, this is all in the planning phase and while some are locked in, all are pending COVID-19 restrictions and charter restrictions at the time. Tours will be announced on our website when finalised.
We are committed to running our steam trains for the people of NSW as often as possible.
